Responsibilities

• Provide positive guest experiences from greeting to good-bye.
• Take orders, serve food and beverages, handle transactions, and assist guests.
• Upsell, drive promotions and events, promote the City Winery brand.
• Check tables for guest satisfaction and resolve complaints.
• Maintain brand standards, cleanliness, and safety protocols.
• Attend training and stay knowledgeable about menus and programming.
