Job summary

One&Only Resorts is looking for a dedicated Sommelier in Big Sky, Montana. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of wines and beverages, with at least 3 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include curating wine lists, guiding guests, and executing wine pairings that enhance the dining experience. Qualifications

• At least 3 years’ experience at a similar level.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a restaurant with recognized high standards.
• Workplace training from within a high standard hotel environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head Sommelier in curating and maintaining the wine list.
• Guide guests through wine selections with thoughtful recommendations.
• Execute wine pairings for special menus and private events.
