Job summary

JAE Electronics is seeking a Sales Engineer to support the Sales Manager in expanding market share and driving pipeline in the Commercial Connector Division.

You will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, proposing harness/connector solutions, and coordinating with Product Design, Marketing, and Manufacturing teams. Occasional travel is expected around 40% of the time.

Qualifications

• English required; Spanish speaking a plus.
• Experience in solutions-based sales with long-term relationships.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Exceed yearly sales goals and drive year-over-year growth.
• Identify and expand relationships at key accounts within territory.
• Develop weekly call plans and prospecting notes in CRM.
• Provide bookings forecasts for assigned accounts.
• Represent JAE Electronics at industry trade shows.
