Job summary

OTC Industrial Technologies is seeking a Sales Engineer to drive forecasted sales and gross margin within a defined territory while managing all sales and customer service activities. You will nurture relationships with account decision makers, becoming a trusted solutions provider for customers in a fast-paced industrial setting.

Responsibilities include conducting presentations, joint calls with manufacturers, and staying current on industry trends.

Qualifications

• Engineering or technical degree preferred.
• Rotating equipment experience preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and customer service skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and CRM/Selltis.
• Willingness to travel and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers to solve problems in the field.
• Present and demonstrate products to customers.
• Build rapport and conduct joint calls with manufacturers.
• Attend meetings and stay current on industry trends.
• Load and secure equipment for transport; provide after-hours support.
• Perform basic failure analyses and report findings.
