You will partner with Product, Sales, and Marketing to translate capabilities into business value, and you will build enablement programs for global teams while analyzing performance to drive pipeline growth. A hybrid work model is supported.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of dedicated experience in B2B technology or SaaS product marketing.
• Direct experience developing and launching solution-centric or multi-product GTM strategies.
• Experience marketing solutions within CX, CRM, or enterprise helpdesk ecosystems.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the strategy, development, and execution of go‑to‑market launches for multi‑product solutions.
• Craft positioning, messaging frameworks, and narratives tailored to target personas.
• Create collateral: solution briefs, whitepapers, ROI calculators, and decks.
• Partner with Product, PM, and Sales to translate capabilities into business‑value solutions.
• Develop sales enablement programs and training for global teams.
• Conduct competitive research and buyer intelligence.
• Measure and optimize GTM campaigns to drive pipeline growth.
