You will document requirements, create roadmaps with technology partners, apply agile frameworks, drive change management, and ensure clear communication, training, and measurable outcomes across the organization.

Qualifications

• In-depth conceptual and practical knowledge of agile and program management delivery.
• Ability to document business needs and capability requirements, and map into a joint roadmap with key stakeholders.
• Effective communication and facilitation skills to explain difficult information and build consensus.

Responsibilities

• Assists in the business coordination and execution associated with business process and technology changes.
• Maintains documentation of business feature requirements and communicates those needs to delivery stakeholders.
• Coordinates across the business to translate needs into information for the technology organization.
• Establishes partnerships with technology to create an execution roadmap using agile frameworks.
• Guides delivery with disciplined documentation and drives changes to meet financial KPIs.
• Drives organizational change management activities including process documentation, testing and training.
