Job summary

Howden is seeking a Solution Lead for the US Market to design end-to-end business and technology solutions across Salesforce and core platforms. You will bridge business strategy with technical execution, partnering with product, engineering, and vendors to deliver scalable designs and adoption-focused solutions.

The role focuses on leading design workshops, integration patterns, and data standards, driving measurable delivery outcomes and enterprise-wide standards adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years in solution architecture, CRM platforms, or related roles.
• Deep Salesforce experience, including Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud, and platform automation.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end business and technology solutions across Howden's strategic platforms.
• Lead solution workshops and evaluate design tradeoffs for scalable designs.
• Serve as lead solution designer for Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and related integrations.
• Define integration solutions across Salesforce, docs platforms, SharePoint, and AI platforms.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, engineers, and vendors through discovery, design, build, and testing.
