Qualifications

• 8+ years in solution architecture, business architecture, or related roles.
• Deep Salesforce experience, including Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud, platform automation, reporting, integrations, data models, and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Proven ability to lead workshops, requirements analysis, design sessions, agile planning, backlog refinement, and stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities

• Solution Design & Build: design end-to-end business and technology solutions across Howden’s platforms.
• Lead Salesforce FS Cloud architecture, data models, automation, reporting, and roadmap evolution.
• Define integration patterns, data standards, and governance for enterprise platforms.
• Collaborate with product, architecture, engineering, QA, and vendors throughout lifecycle.
• Establish reusable design standards, reference architectures, and documentation.
