Job summary

Howden Group Holdings is seeking a Solution Lead for the US Market to design and govern end-to-end business and technology solutions across Salesforce and core platforms. You will bridge business strategy with technical execution, partnering with leaders, architects, and vendors to define scalable designs, data standards, and adoption-focused solutions.

You will drive integration patterns, data models, and governance while ensuring secure, scalable delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years in solution architecture, business architecture, CRM platforms, enterprise technology delivery, or related roles.
• Deep Salesforce experience, including Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud, platform automation, reporting, integrations, data models, and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with agency management systems, document platforms, marketing technologies, telephony, and operational applications.
• Strong understanding of APIs, middleware, event-based architectures, workflow orchestration, data modeling, master data management, governance, and enterprise information architecture.
• Proven ability to lead workshops, requirements analysis, design sessions, agile planning, backlog refinement, and stakeholder alignment.
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution workshops and design end-to-end business and technology solutions across Howden’s platforms.
• Provide Salesforce leadership for high-impact journeys from prospecting to retention.
• Define integration patterns, data standards, and adoption-focused solutions across core systems.
• Develop reusable design standards, reference architectures, and governance artifacts.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, engineers, and vendors through discovery, design, build, and release.
