Job summary

Technical Response Inc. in Knoxville, TN is seeking an entry-level Project Coordinator to support new product development and customer projects from RFQ through tooling, sampling, and delivery.

You will collaborate with engineering, production, quality, supply chain, and suppliers, maintain timelines, and ensure accurate documentation while learning ERP systems. This role offers on-site work with standard business hours, comprehensive training, and a clear path toward cross-functional operations

Qualifications

• This is an entry-level to early-career position and training will be provided.
• Recent graduates encouraged to apply and may be considered with related internship or co-op experience.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and basic project coordination concepts is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate new projects from RFQ through production launch and delivery.
• Review RFQs, drawings, specs, artwork, and packaging requirements to identify inputs and actions.
• Gather pricing, tooling, material specs, cycle times, lead times, and other quotation inputs.
• Prepare and maintain project timelines; track milestones and approvals.
• Coordinate tooling development, prototypes, samples, and related approvals.
• Communicate project status, schedule changes, risks, and open items to customers and teams.
• Maintain accurate project records, quotations, specifications, approvals, and documentation.
• Support with ERP data entry and cross-functional collaboration across departments.
