Job summary

BizzyCar in St. Louis seeks a founding Solutions & Implementation Engineer to own dealer implementations end-to-end, translate dealer workflows into product configuration, and train staff during rollout.

You’ll work with APIs, webhooks, and integration patterns, collaborate with engineering, support, and GTM, travel 50–70% to client sites, and shape playbooks for future deployments.

Qualifications

• Hands-on integration & configuration experience
• Troubleshooting and log diagnosis
• Experience delivering customer training or enablement
• Implementation project management
• Comfort validating data across systems

Responsibilities

• Own dealer implementations end-to-end—from kickoff through go-live and hypercare
• Configure solutions to each rooftop by translating workflows into product configuration
• Validate data flow across systems before go-live
• Train non-technical dealership staff to full adoption
• Run the implementation like a project with clear timelines and stakeholders
• Troubleshoot live issues, reproduce logs, distinguish config problems from bugs
• Write runbooks and SOPs for repeatable deployments
• Be the feedback loop to product based on field learnings
