Job summary

Jobtailor in the United States (Colorado) is seeking a hands-on Customer Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end telecom and SaaS solution implementations. You will own customer outcomes, align on OKRs, and drive adoption across cross‑functional teams, coordinating provisioning, migrations and integrations for successful deployments.

The role requires strong leadership, collaboration, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to stakeholders.

Qualifications

5 years of telecommunications/networking project delivery experience.
Proven leadership in managing projects and teams.
Strong communication and collaboration across stakeholders.
Proactive in risk management and data-driven decision making.
Experience with Agile methodologies and Jira/Confluence.
Exposure to AI, automation, or emerging tech in telecom/customer engagement.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end implementation and onboarding of telecom and SaaS solutions.
Own customer engagement outcomes including OKRs and success metrics.
Coordinate provisioning, integrations, migrations, and deployments with cross-functional teams.
Drive customer projects from kickoff to completion and meet milestones.
Serve as primary customer contact with executive stakeholders.
Proactively manage risks, issues, and escalations with data-driven guidance.
Ensure SLA/KPI compliance and smooth transitions to support teams.
Drive customer training, early-life support, and adoption initiatives.
Promote best practices, process efficiencies, and automation initiatives.
Identify and pursue account growth opportunities and travel up to 30%.
