United Site Services, Inc is hiring a General Manager to lead and grow the business across the assigned geography with full P&L accountability. You will coach high-performing operations and sales teams, drive strategic plans, and build strong customer relationships to meet growth targets and profitability goals.

The role requires strong leadership, budget management, and deep knowledge of routing, dispatch, and safety programs to maintain USS standards and service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations and sales teams to exceed targets in the assigned geography.
