Job summary

Convergint Technologies, LLC is seeking a full-time Solutions Estimator to prepare accurate cost estimates for large-scale RFPs, greenfield projects, and complex scopes. You will bridge the gap between entry-level estimators and senior professionals, taking ownership of medium-to-large opportunities with programmatic customers.

The role requires analyzing requirements, collaborating with sales, engineering, and procurement, and applying industry knowledge to ensure pricing reflects costs,

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in estimating, project management, or system design for physical security projects.
• Experience with large-scale RFPs, greenfield opportunities, and programmatic projects.
• Ability to read and analyze construction documents, drawings, specs, and technical scopes.
• Proficiency in estimating software, Excel, and project collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate, detailed cost estimates for medium to large-scale RFPs, greenfield projects, and complex scopes.
• Bridge the gap between entry-level estimators and senior design and estimating professionals.
• Analyze project requirements and technical documents to understand scope and risks.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, procurement, and project management to reflect costs, resources, and timelines.
