Job summary

Convergint Technologies LLC is seeking a Solutions Estimator to bridge the gap between entry-level estimators and senior design teams. You will prepare accurate cost estimates for medium to large-scale RFPs, greenfield projects, and complex scopes, working across data centers, healthcare, utilities, and education sectors.

You will collaborate with sales, engineering, procurement, and project management to ensure estimates reflect costs, resources, and timelines, while identifying risks and value

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of estimating, project management, or system design experience.
• Experience with large-scale RFPs and programmatic projects is preferred.
• Ability to read construction documents, drawings and specs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for medium to large-scale projects.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, procurement, and PM teams.
• Analyze requirements and technical documents to determine scope and risks.
• Source pricing from vendors and subcontractors to meet specs.
• Prepare competitive proposals with technical details and pricing.
