Job summary

Convergint Technologies LLC seeks a Solutions Estimator in the Greater Atlanta Area to prepare accurate cost estimates for medium to large-scale RFPs and complex scopes across cloud and on-prem solutions. You will bridge entry-level estimators with senior design professionals and own programmatic opportunities for diverse verticals, including data centers and healthcare.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of estimating, project management, or system design experience in electronic physical security.
• Experience with large-scale RFPs, greenfield opportunities, and programmatic projects.
• Ability to read construction documents, drawings, and technical scopes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for medium to large-scale projects and complex scopes.
• Bridge entry-level estimators with senior professionals and own medium-to-large opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, procurement, and project management to ensure accurate costing and timelines.
• Source pricing from vendors and subcontractors to meet project specs.
• Identify risks and value engineering opportunities to improve profitability.
