Qualifications

• 5+ years in Solutions Engineering or related presales role.
• 3+ years people management leading SE teams.
• AI-first mindset to improve productivity and decision-making.
• Proven track record of building high-performing teams.
• Strong forecasting, pipeline management, execution and performance management.
• Ability to build trusted partnerships with Sales and cross-functional leaders.
• Strong executive communication and ability to translate technical concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Solutions Engineering team across experience levels.
• Build a culture of technical excellence, customer focus, accountability, inclusion, and learning.
• Align SE priorities, resources, and execution with business strategy and sales goals.
• Partner with Sales leadership to drive pipeline generation and forecast accuracy.
• Represent SE in business reviews, forecast calls, and leadership forums.
• Establish operating rhythms: meetings, 1:1s, reviews, and planning.
• Use data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks to improve outcomes.
• Develop scalable programs and operating models across the team.
• Champion AI adoption to improve productivity and scale capabilities.
• Grow talent through coaching, career planning, and development.
• Collaborate with Sales, Renewals, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, Support.
• Lead through change with clarity and alignment to evolving priorities.
• Stay current on Splunk, Cisco Tech and industry trends.
