Job summary

Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED (Required).
- Bachelor's Degree in STEM strongly preferred.
- 2-4 years in telecommunications, IT administration, network engineering, or API/systems integration with REST APIs and testing tools.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Consult on customer needs and design tailored wireless solutions to drive opportunity development.
- Deliver technical presentations and demonstrations of API and portal capabilities to inform decisions.
- Design, test, and support API-enabled solutions with product architects and CX teams.
- Maintain and update technical expertise through training and certification in wireless tech and APIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on special projects and market initiatives.
- Assist with post-sale support including troubleshooting, API integration support, and customer training.
