Job summary
Armorock Polymer Concrete is seeking a Solutions Engineer to drive adoption of polymer concrete in municipal wastewater specifications nationwide. You will lead specification conversations, develop territory strategies, and provide market insights to support national growth.
The role requires strong technical sales skills, collaboration with sales and engineering teams, and the ability to track progress in CRM systems. Travel and cross-functional leadership are essential to success.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or Engineering is preferred.
- 5–10 years of wastewater industry experience.
- 3–5 years in Executive Account Development.
- Professional Engineer license preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead national specification conversations with municipalities and engineers.
- Develop territory playbooks and strategies for growth.
- Track specification activities and KPI metrics in CRM.
- Collaborate with sales, estimating and operations to deliver customized solutions.
- Analyze market size and competitive trends to guide targeting.
