Job summary

Armorock Polymer Concrete is seeking a Solutions Engineer to drive adoption of polymer concrete in municipal wastewater projects. This remote role requires strong specification sales skills, territory strategy, and cross‑functional collaboration with Sales, Estimating, and Operations.

You will conduct technical presentations, interpret drawings, and contribute to product solutions while traveling regionally up to 50%. Remote home office work is supported with occasional on‑site visits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or Engineering preferred; PE license is a plus.
• Experience in wastewater or civil engineering sales is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead municipal and engineer conversations to convert specifications to Armorock products.
• Develop and maintain territory playbooks and target strategies.
• Deliver technical sales presentations and product demos to engineers and municipalities.
