Job summary

Armorock Polymer Concrete is seeking a Solutions Engineer to drive adoption of Armorock polymer concrete in municipal wastewater specifications. You will lead specification conversations, develop territory strategies, and improve technical documentation to support growth.

This remote role requires up to 50% regional travel and collaboration with local sales, estimating, engineering, and operations to convert specifications and secure placement on municipal approved lists.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in wastewater or civil engineering sales.
• 3–5 years in executive account development.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and specifications.
• Remote work with travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead municipal and engineer conversations to convert specifications.
• Develop territory playbooks and track progress against targets.
• Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Estimating, and Operations to tailor solutions.
• Maintain CRM records and submit applications to Approved Products Lists.
