Job summary

Armorock Polymer Concrete is seeking a Solutions Engineer to drive adoption of our polymer concrete in municipal wastewater infrastructure. This remote role requires regional travel as you lead specification conversations, develop territory strategies, and partner with local sales, Estimating, Engineering and Operations to secure approvals on municipal lists.

You will interpret project specs, deliver technical demonstrations, maintain CRM activity, and provide market insights to refine targeting

Qualifications

5-10 years of relevant experience - wastewater engineering or civil engineering sales.

Responsibilities

Lead regional and local specification conversations with municipalities and engineers to convert wastewater specifications to Armorock polymer concrete.
Identify decisionmakers, build relationships, and overcome objections through technical education and value selling.
Track engagement stages from initial outreach to final specification approval and coordinate with local sales teams for unified messaging.
Develop and maintain dynamic territory playbooks covering targeting, specification pathways, and regional market nuances.
Conduct technical sales presentations and product demonstrations for engineers, contractors, and municipalities, delivering customized solutions when required.
Maintain accurate CRM tracking of specification activities and outcomes; submit municipality applications to add Armorock products to Approved Products Lists.
Analyze market size, regional competitors, pricing models, and project pipelines to prioritize opportunities; share actionable insights to refine strategy.
Represent Armorock at industry conferences and webinars; support education sessions and gather market feedback.
