Cribl is hiring a Solutions Engineer to help customers realize the full potential of Cribl in real-world environments. You’ll demonstrate the product, answer questions in early sales calls, and support PoC sessions, while documenting use cases for blogs and docs.

This role requires experience with logs, metrics, IT operations or security, and a background in Sales Engineering or related support roles. Remote-friendly with travel up to 30% and a global customer base.

Formación

• Experience with Logs, Metrics, IT Operations and Security.
• Background in Sales Engineering, Professional Services, or Support.
• Fluent speaking and written skills in English.
• Play with the product, be prepared to give us feedback.
• Experience working remotely.
• You live in Singapore.

Responsabilidades

• Help customers understand the value of Cribl during the sales process
• Demo the product and answer customer questions during initial sales calls
• Support customers during proof of concept sessions
• Document interesting use cases in blog posts and product documentation
