Job summary

Ingenico is seeking a Solutions Engineer to support pre- and post-sales integration with clients in the payments space. You will collaborate with account teams to gather requirements and demonstrate Ingenico solutions at customer sites, including product integrations and trainings.

The ideal candidate has deep expertise in encryption, EMV, API integrations, and hardware interfaces, with strong communication and project management skills.

Qualifications

• Experience with encryption standards and key management: Master/Session keys, DUKPT, DES, and Triple DES.
• Familiarity with security frameworks: PCI-DSS, PCI-PED, PABP.
• Hands-on EMV certification and integration processes.
• Strong knowledge of payment device interfaces: OPOS, JPOS, IBM EFT.
• API integration experience for payment processing and third-party services.
• Understanding POS workflows, transaction lifecycle, and payment lifecycle.
• Experience with POS peripherals, workstations, servers, and related drivers.
• Development experience in Android, Java, and C#; proficient with MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Support pre- and post-sales activities with technical product integration.
• Serve as technical liaison among customers and internal teams (PM, marketing, sales, QA, dev).
• Deliver product demonstrations, training, and guidance on Ingenico solutions.
• Assess customer requirements and design effective integration approaches.
• Provide sales support through presentations, whiteboard sessions, and demos.
• Assist in problem determination and product upgrades for existing clients.
• Collaborate with QA and software engineering on issue reproduction and fixes.
• Contribute input to accelerate evolution of multilane integration kits.
