The Software Support Engineer is responsible for providing high-quality software technical support to Ingenico customers and partners: Ingenico terminal applications, doing terminal s/w integration, communication and security protocols (USB, Ethernet, Wi‑Fi, Bluetooth, TLS, etc.).
