Job summary

Relaypro in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Solutions Engineer Intern for Summer 2027. You will learn how technical expertise, customer discovery, and problem-solving come together during the sales process while supporting demonstrations, tests, and enablement activities.

You will work with experienced Solutions Engineers, document workflows, configure Relay solutions, and own a meaningful intern project with mentorship and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, computer science, information systems, data science, or a related technical field.
• Expected graduation date of December 2027 or Spring 2028.
• Strong academic record; GPA 3.5+ preferred.
• Foundational understanding of software, systems, networking, cloud tech, data, or connected devices.

Responsibilities

• Learn customer discovery and solution design to translate needs into Relay configurations.
• Support demos and proofs of concept and organize technical information for RFIs/RFPs.
• Create documentation and enablement assets such as diagrams, guides, and checklists.
• Own a scoped intern project and present findings to leadership.
