Laserfiche is seeking a dynamic Solutions Engineer to guide clients through implementation, translating business needs into scalable Laserfiche solutions. You will partner with Product, Engineering, and PM teams to design, configure, test, and deploy solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction and successful adoption.
The role distributes work across discovery, configuration, demonstrations, and documentation, with potential to lead small projects and manage budgets.
Laserfiche is looking for a dynamic Solutions Engineer who is a customer‑focused problem solver, playing a critical role in guiding clients through every stage of the implementation journey. In this role, you will partner closely with customers to understand their business objectives, uncover technical and operational challenges, and translate those needs into well‑designed, scalable solutions. You will serve as a trusted advisor—facilitating discovery conversations, proposing system configurations, demonstrating product capabilities, and ensuring seamless deployment.
Solutions Engineers collaborate cross‑functionally with Product, Engineering, and Project Management teams to ensure each implementation is executed with precision and aligned to customer expectations. You will configure and deploy solutions, test functionality, troubleshoot issues, and provide clear communication throughout the process to keep stakeholders informed and confident.
In addition to supporting complex implementations, Solutions Engineers may independently lead smaller‑scale projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and budgets remain on track. This includes coordinating tasks, managing customer expectations, documenting project outcomes, and delivering high‑quality results that drive long‑term customer satisfaction and product adoption

The salary range varies, and pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, certifications (if applicable), candidate’s geographic region, job‑related knowledge, skills and years of experience amongst other factors.
