Job summary

Infobip, a global cloud communications leader, seeks a Solutions Engineer to bridge Infobip products with customer deployment teams. You will design technical solutions, manage deployments, and collaborate with product and sales teams to deliver value.

You’ll demonstrate Infobip’s platforms through demos and POCs, document outcomes, and ensure on-time delivery within scope and budget. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in pre-sales or system integrations and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years in pre-sales, tech sales, system integrations or similar roles.
• Experience in Telecommunications / CPaaS space.
• Knowledge in virtualization, ML, RCS and mobile identity solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients, partners and colleagues.
• Engineering background with a proactive approach to client needs.
• Project management experience is essential and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate technical solutions and expertise to customer deployers and development teams.
• Lead activities for deployments, connectivity & integrations, implementations, and delivery.
• Collaborate with regional teams and assist with project management and senior leads.
• Conduct demos, POCs, and solution integration enablement sessions for customers.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and document meetings and technical designs.
