Job summary

Infobip Inc. is seeking a Solutions Engineer to bridge customer deployments with Infobip’s product teams. You will design technical solutions, lead deployments and integrations, and guide POCs, while working with regional sales and engineering to drive business value.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in pre-sales or system integrations in CPaaS, strong communication, and project management skills. A hybrid, remote-friendly setup is offered with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in pre-sales, tech sales, system integrations, or similar roles.

Responsibilities

• Serve as mediator between Infobip and customer deployers/technical teams, delivering accurate technical solutions and expertise.
• Collaborate with regional teams and act as project manager or assist senior leads.
• Conduct demos, POCs, and solution integration enablement sessions for customers and summarize meetings.
