Job summary

GCI Communication Corp is seeking an entry-level Sales Engineer to design and validate network and technology solutions. You will translate customer needs into high-level architectures, lead cross‑functional design discussions, and provide accurate estimates while ensuring compliance with company standards.

You will collaborate with Account Managers, Program Managers, and Sales Managers to support proposals, RFPs, and technical presentations, then hand off designs for delivery.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 1 year of IT experience in a medium to large business.
• Cisco/Juniper certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer requirements into technical designs and BOMs.
• Lead sessions with Engineering, Operations, and Product to craft complex solutions.
• Design multi-discipline solutions and provide cost estimates.
• Act as SME and coordinate with service teams for delivery.
• Ensure proposals meet company standards and OLA timelines.
