Job summary

Darktrace is seeking a Solutions Engineer on the Expansion Team to drive growth within existing customers. You will partner with Expansion Account Executives and Technical Success Managers to lead the technical expansion process, turning discovery into value realization across customer environments.

You will shape account strategy, uncover growth opportunities, and demonstrate measurable outcomes, coordinating with Security, IT, and Cloud stakeholders while expanding deployments of Darktrace’s

Qualifications

• Experience in solutions engineering, pre-sales, or technical account roles in cybersecurity or SaaS.
• Strong knowledge of networking, cloud, and security architectures.
• Familiarity with SOC tools and complex environments.
• Proven ability to expand accounts and influence stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred; relevant cloud/security certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical strategy for upsell, cross-sell, and renewals.
• Identify expansion opportunities and technical whitespace.
• Translate insights into new use cases and ROI.
• Expand deployments across core platform products.
• Collaborate with Success, Services, Support, Product, and Engineering.
