Basis is seeking a Solutions Engineer for their New York office to serve as the technical backbone of customer deployments. In this role, you will ensure smooth integration of Basis into client workflows and manage technical connections. Qualifications

• 4+ years in technical implementation, solutions engineering, or similar customer-facing technical roles.
• Strong SQL proficiency for data analysis and troubleshooting.
• Experience with API integrations, particularly in financial services or enterprise SaaS.
