Job summary

Solace is seeking a senior enterprise sales professional to identify and secure new accounts, expand relationships within existing customers, and position Solace as a critical enabler of real-time data and AI-ready infrastructure.

You will work with executives and technical stakeholders to demonstrate how Solace’s platform supports modern, AI-driven workloads and distributed architectures, while navigating long, consultative sales cycles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 5+ years of enterprise IT client-relationship experience.
• Experience closing large, complex enterprise deals.
• Proven ability to sell middleware products, solutions, and services.
• Strong executive-level relationship-building and collaboration with pre-sales.

Responsibilities

• Establish and grow relationships with clients.
• Identify new enterprise opportunities and lead the sales process end-to-end.
• Develop territory/account plans addressing pipeline, revenue, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with pre-sales and other teams to close complex deals.
