Riverbed, the leader in AIOps for observability, is seeking a Solutions Engineer to support U.S. Army accounts.

You will partner with Account Executives to develop technical strategies, demonstrate Riverbed's value, and address Army IT challenges across complex environments. The ideal candidate has active Top Secret clearance and multiple years of federal government experience in engineering or presales, with deep observability (DEX) and network performance monitoring expertise, plus strong

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret security clearance.
• Experience supporting U.S. Army, DoD, or federal government customers in a technical, engineering, consulting, or presales role.
• Proven ability to lead technical discovery, demonstrations, workshops, and proof-of-concept evaluations (POCs/POVs).
• Strong technical expertise in observability, especially Digital Employee Experience (DEX) and Network Performance Monitoring (NPM).
• Familiarity with endpoint analytics, network visibility, packet and flow analytics, infrastructure monitoring, AIOps, APM, or cloud observability.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to U.S. Army customers throughout the sales cycle.
• Partner with Account Executives to develop and execute technical account strategies.
• Lead technical discovery, solution presentations, demonstrations, workshops, architecture discussions, and POC evaluations.
• Translate Army requirements into value-based observability solutions to improve performance and user experience.
• Position DEX and NPM capabilities within DoD environments.
• Guide customers through evaluations and advance opportunities toward successful business outcomes.
• Identify new use cases and stakeholders to expand Riverbed's footprint within Army accounts.
