Riverbed is seeking a highly technical Solutions Engineer to support U.S. Army accounts in a hybrid role based near Reston, VA or remote in the DC Metro area.

You will partner with Major Account Executives to translate mission needs into Riverbed's observability and network performance solutions. The ideal candidate has federal government experience, a TS clearance, and a strong background in DEX and NPM, plus the ability to lead demonstrations and proof-of-concept work across complex

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret security clearance required.
• Several years of experience supporting U.S. Army, DoD, or federal customers in technical roles.
• Experience as Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or similar customer-facing position.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to U.S. Army customers throughout the sales cycle.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to develop and execute technical strategies across Army accounts.
• Lead technical discovery, demonstrations, workshops, and proof-of-concept evaluations.
• Translate mission and IT requirements into observable, high-performance solutions.
• Position DEX and NPM capabilities within DoD environments.
• Guide customers through technical evaluations and advance opportunities toward business outcomes.
• Identify new use cases and stakeholders to expand Riverbed’s footprint in Army accounts.
