Qualifications

• 4–7 years in business analysis, operations, project management, or related cross-functional roles.
• Experience identifying business challenges, gathering requirements, and delivering end-to-end solutions.
• Strong technical aptitude with ERP/CRM/BI tools; NetSuite and Power BI are a plus.
• Experience with process improvement, workflow automation, and system implementations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Willingness to own projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own cross-functional business and technology projects from start to finish.
• Partner with leaders to map workflows, identify inefficiencies, and develop practical solutions.
• Improve processes through technology, automation, and operational changes.
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards to support decisions.
• Support ERP and business systems implementations with internal and vendor coordination.
