Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
5+ years of business analysis experience in enterprise software.
Experience gathering, documenting, and managing requirements and creating BRDs/FRDs.
Experience with Agile delivery and stakeholder collaboration.
Experience with enterprise workflow or case management solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead requirements sessions with stakeholders and Product Owners.
Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process docs.
Analyze processes and recommend workflow improvements.
Collaborate with developers, architects, QA, and stakeholders throughout the SDLC.
Support workflow solutions using Pega Cloud, Salesforce, and Power Platform.
Create process flows, data mappings, wireframes, and system docs with Visio/Lucidchart.
Assist with data analysis and reporting using SQL, Excel, and Power BI.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and UAT support.
Develop technical docs including SOPs and traceability matrices.
Coordinate resolution of application issues across teams.
Support AI-powered workflow automation initiatives.
