Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• 6+ years of experience with SAP SCEIS functions and processes.
• 6+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel.
• 6+ years of experience with SharePoint.
• 6+ years of experience in process improvement and establishing tracking/performance metrics.
• Strong business requirements analysis and documentation skills.
• Experience developing and executing system test scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior leadership, business administrators, technical teams, and Human Resources on business initiatives and special projects.
• Analyze and evaluate existing policies, programs, systems, operations, procedures, and documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, effectiveness, productivity, and business processes.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for system enhancements and new functionality.
• Serve as a liaison between business units and technical teams.
• Develop and execute test scenarios to validate system functionality and expected results.
• Provide feedback and recommendations regarding business requirements, enhancements, and new features.
• Troubleshoot business and system-related issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Develop workaround solutions when necessary.
• Prioritize issues and support timely resolution within established service levels.
• Manage multiple assignments and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Identify and proactively implement process improvements.
• Analyze data requirements across various applications and organizational functions.
• Document recommendations, expected benefits, potential savings, support procedures, guidelines, and checklists.
• Collaborate with management and team members to resolve issues and improve operational effectiveness.
• Maintain strong customer service and attention to detail when responding to requests and tickets.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate technical or management teams.
• Follow information security policies and promote secure handling of confidential information.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members.
• Participate in special projects and perform other related duties as assigned.
