Job summary

Cars Commerce is seeking a Solutions Engineer to provide first-level technical support for customers, handling inquiries via phone, email, and chat. You will diagnose issues, deliver solutions, and work with internal teams for smooth handoffs in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires curiosity, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining customer satisfaction. Central Time shifts include weekdays and some weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of customer service or call center experience preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce, Wordpress and/or Slack is a plus.
• Experience in Automotive, SaaS or MarTech support is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle intake technical product website support requests across channels.
• Follow up and resolve customer requests; open cases for product support.
• Resolve inquiries related to services or technology; troubleshoot complex issues.
• Escalate to higher-level teams when needed and ensure timely resolutions.
