Job summary

Cars Commerce is seeking a Solutions Engineer to serve as the primary technical contact, handling inbound/outbound support across phone, email, and chat. You will diagnose customer needs and deliver technical or service-based solutions while maintaining strong rapport with customers and internal teams.

The role operates in a high-volume contact center environment, requiring curiosity, accuracy, and the ability to educate clients on product features and services for the automotive industry.

Qualifications

• High-volume customer support experience required.
• Ability to communicate clearly in written and spoken form.
• Curiosity-driven problem solving and patient customer guidance.

Responsibilities

• Intake technical product website support requests via phone, email, chat, and forums.
• Follow up and resolve customer requests and open cases for product support.
• Resolve customer inquiries related to services or technology and escalate when needed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex product-related issues and document outcomes.
• Provide training materials and ensure knowledge is shared across teams.
