Job summary

Anrok in New York City is seeking a Solutions Engineer to drive revenue by guiding strategic customers through complex technical integrations. You will be the technical expert across pre-sales, API capabilities, and quote-to-cash workflows, collaborating with sales, product, and engineering to close deals and ensure successful implementations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Sales or Solutions Engineer.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience with REST APIs and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Play an integral role in the standardized Anrok sales process, helping achieve milestones and exit criteria to move customers through evaluation.
• Become an expert in integrating with Anrok via pre-built integrations, APIs, and billing workflows.
• Consult with customers to design the best solution, serving as the primary technical contact from presales through implementation.
• Act as a trusted advisor on tax compliance, Anrok platform, and API best practices for prospects and customers.
• Collaborate with Onboarding to provide effective technical support during implementation.
• Gather customer feedback and work with Product/Engineering to influence roadmap decisions.
• Explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences to ensure shared understanding.
• Design workflows to manage live calls, emails, and implementation paths effectively.
• Contribute ideas to improve documentation or demonstrate new demo functionality for third-party integrations.
