The ideal candidate combines deep accounting expertise with startup experience, strong communication, and the ability to translate complex concepts for customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Deep accounting experience across public and industry accounting roles.
• Ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Experience with accounting software or financial technology.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical accounting expert in sales cycles, translating requirements into product solutions.
• Demo Campfire product and field technical accounting questions on live sales calls.
• Identify customer pain points and collaborate with product and engineering to build solutions.
• Guide the future product roadmap by channeling customer insights to the product development team.
• Develop marketing materials and contribute to the evolving go-to-market strategy.
