Job summary

Mitti, part of SafetyCulture, is a global tech company helping frontline workers. We seek a driven engineer to design and implement data integrations that unlock measurable value for customers, bridging GTM with PDE and ensuring successful end-to-end delivery.

You will design data workflows, integrate with customer systems, and contribute to reusable automation while collaborating across GTM, Product, Design, and Engineering. Hybrid work with in-office days in the Austin area.

Qualifications

• Experience designing data solutions from raw data to business insights.
• Proficient in scripting languages to automate workflows.
• Able to navigate diverse enterprise architectures and integration patterns.
• Strong API reading and integration troubleshooting in enterprise contexts.
• Experience communicating data-driven insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own technical solution design for customer integrations from scope to implementation.
• Deliver end-to-end integration packages within defined timelines and budgets.
• Advise on integration architecture for Mitti customers and partners.
• Collaborate with CSMs to build implementation plans accelerating value.
• Support pre-sales by communicating API capabilities and resolving blockers.
• Bridge GTM and PDE; capture feedback shaping the product roadmap.
• Partner with API and Integrations Eng to resolve complex requirements.
