Resolut in Murray, Utah is hiring an AI Integration Developer to join our in-house software team. This full-time, in-person role focuses on securely connecting AI to company data and workflows, building ETL pipelines, and ensuring scalable AI integration across operations.

You will design databases, MCP servers, and guardrails for data quality and responsible AI, while collaborating with engineers and business staff to deliver high-impact solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and managing SQL databases (SQL Server/PostgreSQL).
• Experience building and maintaining data pipelines (ETL).
• Knowledge of LLM APIs and MCP for AI integration.
• Proficiency in C#; Python is a plus.
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and deliver multiple projects.
• Strong communication; experience training staff.
• GitHub workflows experience (branching, commits, PRs).
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Software Development from an ABET-accredited program or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Design, build, and maintain ETL pipelines from internal data to AI-ready sources.
• Design, manage, and optimize database schemas, indexing, access controls, backups.
• Build and maintain MCP servers connecting AI tools to data and apps.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to identify AI use cases and priorities.
• Establish guardrails for data quality, security, permissions, and responsible AI.
• Lead training sessions to help engineers and staff use AI tools.
