Qualifications

• Design and implement data solutions with SQL and relational databases.
• Translate raw data into business insights and automate workflows.
• Read and implement API integrations in enterprise environments.
• Communicate data-driven insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own technical solution design for select customers from scoping to working implementations.
• Deliver standard Integration/Automation packages end-to-end within defined timelines.
• Advise on integration architecture connecting Mitti to customers’ systems.
• Collaborate with CSMs to build implementation plans and value delivery.
• Work with pre-sales to communicate capabilities and resolve blockers in the sales cycle.
• Bridge GTM and PDE, routing customer feedback to shape the roadmap.
• Partner with API/Integrations Eng to resolve complex requirements and propose improvements.
