Job summary
PlayerZero is seeking a Solutions Engineer to help customers evaluate and implement our AI-powered platform. You will partner with an Account Executive to translate customer needs into measurable outcomes, guiding evaluation, go-live, and adoption.
You will own technical engagements from pilot to production, connecting PlayerZero to customers' software stacks and ensuring successful outcomes across engineering, support, and product teams.
Qualifications
- Experience selling technical products to engineering teams or developer audiences.
- Strong technical fundamentals across Git, CI/CD, APIs, containers, and cloud environments.
- Proven ability to lead discovery, live demos, and manage technical evaluations with buyers.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery and live demonstrations across CTO orgs including Engineering, Support, and Product.
- Drive evaluations to a decision with clear success criteria for proofs of concept and trials.
- Explain differentiation, answer technical and security questions, contribute to RFPs and procurement reviews.
- Lead implementation and go-live: configure integrations across repositories, CI/CD, ticketing, observability systems, and workflows.
- Drive adoption and measure outcomes against defined success criteria from evaluation.
- Develop expansion opportunities by identifying additional teams and use cases.
- Collaborate with Support and Customer Success to share insights and build reusable technical assets.
