Job summary

PlayerZero is seeking a Solutions Engineer in the San Francisco area to help customers evaluate, implement, and expand their use of the platform. You will partner with an Account Executive to understand customer needs, prove technical and business value, and guide the buyer through go-live and adoption.

You’ll serve as the customer’s technical owner, connecting PlayerZero to their environment, turning use cases into measurable outcomes, and identifying new opportunities as customers see results.

Qualifications

• Experience selling technical products to engineering teams.
• Ability to read unfamiliar code and engage with senior engineers.
• Proven experience leading discovery and live demonstrations.
• Ownership through implementation and customer outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery and demonstrations with customer CTO orgs.
• Drive evaluations to a decision and connect tech to business value.
• Support buying processes with technical and security questions.
• Lead implementation and go-live, coordinating engineers as needed.
• Drive adoption, train customer teams, and measure outcomes.
• Develop expansion opportunities with account executives.
• Strengthen the team by feeding insights to Product/Engineering.
