Job summary

SHI International Corp. seeks a Solutions Engineer to design and deliver enterprise agent solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Foundry, and 365-based governance tools. You will implement secure, scalable agent environments and drive governance patterns across Power Platform and Azure.

The role emphasizes hands-on development, architecture leadership, and collaboration with clients to realize governed AI capabilities within SHI’s Microsoft Services practice.

Qualifications

• Hands-on implementation of declarative and prompt-based agents.
• Experience delivering enterprise agent solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Foundry.
• Knowledge of governance, lifecycle management, and security across Power Platform and Azure.

Responsibilities

• Act as technical SME for workforce agent solution development across Copilot Studio and Foundry.
• Design and deploy custom-engine agents and ensure secure, governed environments.
• Lead governance and ALM for Copilot Studio agents and agent flows.
• Translate business requirements into workflows, automations, and integrations across Microsoft agent platforms.
