Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Solutions Engineer – Agents & Automation to design and deliver enterprise agent solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Foundry, and 365. This hands-on role focuses on governance, security, and scalable agent development across Power Platform and Azure.

You will translate customer requirements into production-ready agents, drive governance, and help SHI’s Microsoft Services practice evolve with AI-enabled agent capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical SME for workforce agent solution development across Copilot Studio and Microsoft Foundry.
• Build and deploy custom‑engine agents in Microsoft Foundry, including model selection and integration with Copilot Studio.
• Demonstrate familiarity with the Microsoft IQ stack (Work IQ, Foundry IQ, Fabric IQ) and its role in intelligent agent experiences.
• Guide SHI customers with hands‑on agent solution delivery, governance, and lifecycle assessment.
• Lead agent governance implementation across Power Platform, Azure, and related services using pipelines and DevOps tooling.
• Design and implement agent security and compliance controls as part of onboarding using Purview, Defender, and Entra Agent ID.
• Own end‑to‑end implementation of agent solutions translating business requirements into workflows and integrations.
• Define fit‑for‑purpose agent architectures aligning capabilities, logic, integrations and automation workflows.
• Implement governance and ALM capabilities for Copilot Studio agents and flows.
• Establish enterprise agent governance with environment strategy, ALM, and lifecycle management.
