Job summary

SHI International Corp. is hiring a Solutions Engineer – Agents & Automation to design, implement, and govern enterprise agent solutions using Copilot Studio, Foundry, and Microsoft 365 Copilot Agent Builder.

You will manage governance, lifecycle, and secure operations across Power Platform and Azure with a hands-on, code-first approach. The role focuses on building scalable agent environments, establishing governance models, and delivering production-ready solutions that accelerate AI-driven

Qualifications

Experience as SME for workforce agent solution development across Copilot Studio and Foundry.
Hands-on delivery of agent solutions, governance, and lifecycle management.
Ability to design secure, governed agent environments across platforms.

Responsibilities

Act as technical SME for agent solution development across Copilot Studio and Foundry.
Build and deploy custom‑engine agents and integrate with Copilot Studio and enterprise systems.
Lead agent governance implementation, environment strategy, and ALM/pipelines.
Define and enforce security, DLP, and governance across Microsoft 365 and Azure services.
Translate business requirements into workflows, automations, and extensibility patterns.
